Testing Cancellation Policy |

Testing Fees - A full refund (minus $1 for online transactions) must be requested in writing by April 1st. After April 1st a partial refund (less $10 processing fee) will be given unless the grade level was full. If the grade level is full no refund will be allowed after April 1st.
Refunds will NOT be given for no-shows.
Refunds are allowed for children who become ill (less a $10 processing fee for holding the space, ordering tests, supplies, etc.) as long as the request is made in writing by the parent to the H.E.R.I. office within 30 days.
