Joining Individually Send in your membership application and dues or join through a support group at the beginning of the school year. If you don’t have an application, print our online form or join online with a credit card/debit card. Both forms can be found under Join HERI in the main menu (place your cursor on Join HERI and a window will drop down with the options). If we can be of service to you, and you are currently home schooling, or plan to, we would like to invite you to join us.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY - Memberships cancelled within 5 business days will be refunded, minus the $1 surcharge for online transactions. No cancellations after 5 business days will be accepted.
Joining H.E.R.I. is simple, just print out the form, fill it out, and mail it in.

Each member that joins as a group must fill out a HOME FORUM subscription form. (Please make copies of the attached subscription form, or the August and September Home Forums will have subscription forms printed inside.) Please attach the Group Membership list to the top of the subscription forms. and submit one check for the group. The fee for group memberships is $35.00 - a saving of $5. This price includes FPEA membership. (Cost for individual FPEA membership $28). In order for your group to be considered a H.E.R.I. group, you must have at least 50% of your membership registered as H.E.R.I. members. All H.E.R.I. groups have the option of having thier information listed on the website and in the Home Forum. If your group has 10 or more members that join H.E.R.I., the leader of the group gets a free H.E.R.I. membership (10 or more paid members = 1 free leader) Please notify all members to call the H.E.R.I. office if they don’t receive a H.E.R.I. newsletter by November (If you submit your applications by the first or middle of September). Occasionally a name does get skipped and some members go through most of the year without receiving their newsletter. The FPEA will be sending out membership cards (which offer some great discounts), and if a member is not receiving a Home Forum, they are probably not on the FPEA mailing list either. We also ask that if a member moves, that they contact H.E.R.I. and the FPEA with their new address so they won’t miss any issues. Thanks for all of your support!
